While the development of platforms is going on, we have a little update with some important improvements to the code:

-removed legacy
-increased default dbcache for speed up sync
-removed obsolete seed nodes
-updated openssl version
-added new build scripts for common platforms
-increased amount of connections to improve net coherency
-fixed net stuck on reward change
-fixed double locked coin when wallet and mn are on same machine
-added checkpoint
-fixed genbuild for accordance to elli code convention
-enabled UPnP by default
