I think one of the main things is advertising. i am also another person who has only just seen this too late, i am quite thankful the IPO is getting restarted , looks like an amazing project and glad i didn't miss my chance to join.
plus the state of the alt coin market and bitcoin isn't helping , markets are pretty stale. Hopefully it raises the funds this time round

Thank you for your interest. Where were you so long? We decided to give a project some more time. We are talking with a few different 3D developer teams with good references to commit their time to Element project. We already gave them instructions for some concept art which will be posted here and there is also a trailer to be finished.
As things stand now, we will be sending invested BTC back and relaunching the announcement again in a week or so. We will offer an escrow too and in the mean time all suggestions are welcome.
