Not quite. u can buy after a crash and the price would still drag down for another month (happened to me once), and u don't wanna lose precious time waiting. there are other aspects that can tell u about a change of direction.

As far as I know, all members of the team have been working hard. I've seen only glimpses of their conversations on different groups/channels, but for the careful observer, more than enough hints, on where's development right now. I assume they're probably just waiting for the right moment to bring an update to the community. Of course, after December fiasco, due to unrealistic expectations of the big part of EMC2 community, they've stated that no news will be issued before there's anything to announce.
I do agree though, more regular updates about ongoing development would be nice.
For example, those who aren't members of the Telegram channel, don't know that Weee and crowdufunding platform are in the final stages of the development. Probably neither you knew that. People aren't informed well, so they're making all kind of apocalyptic scenarios in their minds. The truth is nothing has changed. The team is still working on the project. I hope they learned their lessons about e-marketing. But the vital is that project is alive and on its path.
I know months in crypto-world are like years in RL, but nothing can be achieved in a month. Have a little patience and a little faith. We've all invested money into different coins, and we would love to have daily updates, but in reality, what update we could have that often? "Today we wrote xyz lines of code"?

During my crypto-years, some serious sh*t has happened. This BTC rollercoaster that lasts for last two months, and has all the market upside-down, is merely walk in the park, comparing to crypto wild west couple years back. That applies to all individual alt markets as well. A trip to a desert island for a next few months would save many crypto wallets.

The road map of the project is very ambitious and involves the creation of wallets for the project, the development of its own social network for its users, the insurance system - and much more. Some items (for example, a purse) have already been implemented, and the document itself is updated in a timely manner. For the sake of greater popularity of the token, the creators decided to give the opportunity to use it not only within the project, but also to purchase goods and services on other sites.
