Is there an already compiled version of the client for Raspberry Pi? I have been looking, but I did not see where the newer client for the Ras pi could be downloaded.
Been running my wallet on a PC. I would rather not burn more energy ( power ) then I have to in order to keep my wallet running and I figure I might as well see if the newer version is up for the Pi before putting the Pi back online.

i have an eye on energycoin to add them to my portfolio
but u need to show more signals that this is a serious project and u stand longterm behind it
i mean its clear it wont be my primary coin thats DMD Diamond (the only coin where i work active as part of team)
but to be part of a crypto whale portfolio means u did something right
please make it happen
We had several meetings with potential business partners who are really intrested working together with us.
The only problem is we have no serious budget to create the EnergyCoin Ecosystem yet but in a few months or weeks that can be changed.
Just have some patience and see what happend. I give not up becouse I invested a large amounth a BTC to bring this where we stand with the new wallet, block explorer and other maintanance I do on daily basis.

If the off grid is used for refueling stations for e-vehicles then it can be included in the ecosystem I think. We need the measure data and have to validate if it real energy and not cheating the system. The idea is that the EnergyCoin Community is growing fast after we have a deal for distributing these smart Energy monitoring devices with connection to the EnergyCoin Ecosystem. We have to start simple but when there is momentum the EnergyCoin Ecosystem can grow and because we want an open system people can build free apps on top of the EnergyCoin Ecosystem.
If some of those devices run an energy coin node, we would strengthen the network solidly.

Two days ago it was 19 nodes now 11 so keep your wallets online if you can.
The situaltion with that each solarpanel or wind tubine has its own wallet running on a PI or other suitable device is not there yet!
For now we have to secure the network with each wallet we can so please put your coins online and use the latest Energycoin-qt wallet software 1.3 with setstakesplitthreshold!

i see the off grid solution looking like a reward for not drawing it. the trade then comes from the unused energy moving towards a different form; such as refueling stations for e-vehicles. people need not be left out because they don't provide to their neighbour, but be included for not drawing extra on top what their other neighbour who doesn't yet produce takes.

will these monitors work in any country, on any smart meter? is there anyway that they will take information from analog meter systems? not all people use smart meters. Also, can it be connected to off grid production systems? reward people for being producers and not taking more than they need.
We can all consider that but we want to make a first step with Dutch situation.For a reward system we need reliable measure data from households and green energy production facilities.
How to work that out for analog meters is not clear yet for me but maybe you have suggestions?
For off grid production we need measure data for rewarding and trading the guarantee of origin is than not possible.
The green energy is not available for trading because it is off the grid. So off grid is not part of the EnergyCoin Ecosystem and I see no possibilities yet to include off grid situations. Or do you have any ideas how other people can profit from that? Maybe within the off grid there is a sub grid and then you can trade with the green energy in the community with EnergyCoin if you like.
I hope you understand there must be boundaries for the EnergyCoin Ecosystem but if you see possibilities you can create your own application. We want for the Dutch situation use open source and you can use that to make your own improvements if needed.
