Sounds good Bumpacoin. i just pointed my miner on ENT pool as well.  let's see how it goes.  This is strange coin, something inside the code is inherently wrong, but this has potential if dev's come back or someone knows how to fix it.

> masternodes
> dark send
> 10% dev fund
> started september 2016 - not alot of [bad] history
> not on lot of exchanges
> unknown to most
> low market cap.

......... this is NOT investment advice!

out of interest i pointed some hash at the pool
http://p2p.eternity-group.org/workers

currently there are two workers, i am the top one.
it's a rental quoted at 450mhs, and it's history during the rental looks pretty consistent.

ETtckQXQqjW2ccfMQT86LnM7SofNkfJF3G   43   0   100%   620.92 MH
EPqJCYbEiN4iFvwSfCWC2adNrgJNvBiMuv   10   0   100%   157.09 MH

there's some curious stuff going on

humorously i am consistently getting paid out less than the lower address.
it's certainly strange.

Berron,  one more question please.   how are you dealing with different ports?  looks like "4855" is required or the QT wallet doesn't start.  so with having 2+ eternitynodes,  looks like you are having Multiple IP addresses all pointing to 4855?  thanks!

hi guys, rewards are being paid out for nodes?   i setup two MN's, but haven't seen any payout for two days. further i do see them registered and "enabled" on the masternode list.  thoughts?  thanks!
576 blocks aprox. are mined per day. You need to enter in the MN's payment list (your masternode been confirmed and working for a complete MN round or so) and the advance all your way in the MN's queue. There are 609 MN's now, so you will need a bit more of 48 hours to start to get payments, one every day average per node.
OTOH, ENT is being mined at a quite higher rate than some weeks before. Reward has fallen from 11 to 8 ENT...

what intrigues me here,  is that the Dev Fund is 10% and with the new higher price we are at, that means that the devs would do well to come back and get this thing rocking.  Smiley

Any Dev's running this coin?  come back!  your coin has action again.  Smiley

Maybe some new Dev's can come in?

They don't post very often, but they are alive and this is their coin.

I'm getting
root@xx:~/eternity-0.12.0/lib# eternity-cli eternitynode status
{
    "vin" : "CTxIn(COutPoint(0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000, 4294967295), coinbase )",
    "service" : "[::]:0",
    "status" : "Not capable eternitynode: Hot node, waiting for remote activation."
}

If the things of previous post are ok, you only have to type in your controller wallet
eternity-cli eternitynode start-alias 'nameofnode'

How does collateral work? I think i missed this part.

Collateral is the ammount of ENT (1000 per node) you tied to the node and block for mixing and so on. You should made:
eternitynode genkey
getaccountaddress 'nodename'
send 1000 (exactly 1000) ent to that address
eternitynode outputs to find the collateral tx id and the bit (something like lotofnumbersandcharshere 0 or lotofnumbersandcharshere 1)
and then put all the info in your node conf file and in your controller conf file.
You can take a look to PIVx instructions to made a node taking into account any time you see the word masternode you should type eternitynode and collateral is 1000 ent instead of 10000 pivx

I have a bunch of them working without problems. Check your eternitynode.conf (ip ok, privkey ok, collateral ok) and remember you have to wait at least 15 blocks after your collateral sending is confirmed to activate the node.
If you go to the node and exec 'eternity-cli eternitynode status' and you see it as active you should begin to recieve payments after 20 hours aprox.

I've tried to set up a node but i don't see it earning anything. Do i need to do anything else beside compiling, adding nodekey and the rest of config and starting it?
Can you advice?

Very played coin on Yolo. I have made a bunch of BTC from it, but quite risky investment IMHO. I have to admit I'm holding a good quantity in freeroll now.

If the dev is gone, so can we just take over this coin and start another thread? any suggestion?

Do not put your hands on the wrong field.
The coin is active, traded, the nodes are working, the stock exchange too.

good to hear it's still active

Hmm... This seems like a dead coin to me.

It has been more than a month since the dev promised an updated version of the wallet "very soon". And I actually tried to contact the guys in order to join EternityGroup as a web developer but received no answer. It really seems that his focus is somewhere else, which is too bad. I'll be surprised if the new version of the wallet ever gets launched.

Huh Huh Huh Huh

Any explanation? $ATT will have any relation with $ENT, coin swapping, forked chain...? Or we should consider works on eternity finished?...

Hello everybody. Very soon will be an updated version of the wallet.

I don't have any problem with playing a bit with dead horses, but I hate to have to check if the f***ng horse is dead or alive...

Only way to analize and interpretation of this situation, is by that single reply "very soon will be an updated version of the wallet" and that topic regarding ATT, and the short interval of time between these posts, so this could mean that ETN will still be developed, and ATT could be a separate project, but yeah, we need more info on this ATT, hope it's not a fork/swap  Undecided
