a ticket befor was solved after 2 month !!!!!!!!!!!!
Members of my Faucet reportet me that tickets from them are not answered since 3 months !
and i belive them becorse my Tickets are not answered since 3 months !!!
I Dont know how epay whats to have users but not in that way !!!!

epay.info does not want to return my money. Sorry for my bad english. I am faucet owner but now have my own little project and do not have time for my faucet on epay. I decided close the faucet but on account still had 0.02132888 BTC. Of course I wanted them withdrawal, but have not found how to do it. Write to support did not want to, because They answered on my ticket to add my faucet to rotator 17 days. I decided to go the other way, created another one faucet. For the test first set reward to 100 satoshi and them 200, then sent all the money in my account on epay.info. But on next day something went wrong. When I tried to log into my account always get this:http://picsee.net/upload/2016-06-27/b01a1ccba0ef.PNG At first I thought that I was banned, because Satoshi on my epay account i did not collect, I used it to make sure my faucet is working, at once came the transaction 0.02132888 BTC of course bot mistakenly thought I abuse. Be careful when you use epay.info, because if epay server fall again and your balance lost, you will not receive anything.

We already start sending all payments directly to your wallets.
If you see a message “Transaction Not found” in the transaction status which means that we already sent your balance through the Bitcoin network and waiting for peer and conformation.
You need to be patient you will receive your balance soon. It then listens on all its other connections to check that the transaction has been broadcast successfully.
If your transaction will never propagate across the Bitcoin network and the recipient will not receive which mean’s propagation through the Bitcoin network was unsuccessful.

After that please contact us again.

1- You didn't secured your account before.
2- As you know your email was changed

I have no pop up ads.! I have no +18 ads I don't see a reason to put it in unrecommend list...
I puted ads only in default ad spots...
