As part of the new changes ePay is now going to have multiple payments.

Minor Payment
Every day at about 1:00-3:00 AM pacific time (-8 UTC) we will perform a minor payout.
about 300 - 400 users will receive their balances chosen by random. fee is 365 satoshi.

Major Payment
Weekly on Mondays 8:00 PM pacific time (-8 UTC) we will perform a major and weekly payment.
All the eligible users will receive their balances.fee is 0 satoshi.
(How ever there are some testing plans to make major payouts 2 time per week, Monday and Friday.)

ePay does not take fee from owners for deposit.
