Mostly wallet, mining program were detected by anivirus.
You should ignore it. Or if you didn't sure, you can use exchange wallet eg. cryptohub.

Cannot mine with AMD cards, sgminer not working, does nothing after the cards are initialized.
The miner is connected to the pool i.e. the pool can see the rig and sgminer, but no shares are being sent back or forth.
Have tried with only one card enabled, with stock settings but no change.
Any help appreciated.

I tried downloading the windows wallet. My anti virus detected a Trojan in the zip.. so fuck that

Right, its false positive. Just put it on the exception list of your antivirus.
