Are you here alcurEX? This takes quite a long time. Any news? What went wrong? Why you don't hire professionals to do important stuff?

We had to freeze all withdraws until everything is handled because we have to check that all balances are right.

You might have to click it several times as we are having some lag issues right now. The site is currently down for maintenance but you can try once it's back up.
If something still doesn't work you should leave a support ticket. The support tickets are checked more often than the bitcointalk thread.
