Can you close the votings earlier or does it mean if the votings are running till 02.april that we should not expect the exchange to go live befor that date?
It was default date and I need to add over 150 coins, so I leave it default.
I'm not sure can I close it but we can use top coins when market launch.

Great!

@ the other topic

why not contact all shareholder which have 1000(500?) shares and above and make a hangout or something to discuss things a little more private
I think that is unfair for small investors.
But we can make development team and there we can talk more private, but then share amount is not how to join in.
EDIT:

@halibit
what is the procedure after the voting?
will all coins which result in yes be availble at the start?
Will all coin which result in no be never on the exchange?
how many coins will be availble at the start?

First we will add as many coins we want in one server.
Then we can look again if we want add more coins, because we need to invest more for the server and shareholders will pay that too.
In one server we can use 30-50 wallets. Depends RAM and coins.

Just my two cents:

We should discuss the details in a closed stakeholder forum!?
Because i think too many eyes aren´t good for the project now. Rivals never rest....
+1
well there is no absolute way to verify a shareholder, so how would you go about this?
anyone can claim he is a shareholder, only CS+the issuer can see some of them.

there is no way.. that is the price of anonymous and open source.
I think we are still talking on public level.
Later, we can make own forum for share holders only.

I don't think it will work because anybody can just buy 1 share and be able to call themselves a shareholder.
Then he/she is shareholder  Cheesy

In the wallstreet, shareholders vote for board members and discuss their business in closed doors and make announcement to the public when there is news or changes in the company. The drawback is that board members should made their trading public, else they will be able to create insider trading - which is illegal.

Im thinking maybe its useless to create a shareholder only forum because if someone want to know what we are discussing, they can just buy 1 share. Atleast if we discuss it here, we will have more exposure to bitcointalk and ideas will just keep flowing. Since there is no patent or restriction in copying, all exchanges are free to copy what they want.

How about:
Discuss public but sent good ideas or offers to op first (via pm)?

The reason im giving ideas in the public is to get public opinion. How would we knows if the idea is good or not? I think we are going in circles here with public vs private discussions  Cheesy

Why no way? They know emails of the shareholders, so everyone can prove he is shareholder:)

How about this,  make an announcement on the shareholder's dashboard at Cryptostocks where the private board is and maybe restrict it so only shareholders who contact the OP of the board are given permission to post.

That should only be visiible to shareholders and make it easier to make a private board for discussion.
