info page is on the shared VPS server because exchange server is under development and we will not install any webpages on the exchange server.
Exchange will be on own powerfull dedicated server with 1000 MB/s network connection.

honestly it would be great if you guys could turn it into a coinbase for Microcoin, where we could buy microcoins very easy with USD or euro. Don't flood the exchange with a bunch of crap coins like how cryptsy does.

Do you mean how much profit the company makes? That will be publicly announced and divided at cryptostocks every month.
And if you meant how much you get for each share, that depends on how many are sold. Public shareholders always together get 50% and share that. So it depends on how many shares public shareholders own how much each share gets.

Just look the shares.
If I understand right, all bought shares get 50% of all exchange profits together.
No matter is there sold 1 or 100000
And if they sell company, shareholders will get owner profits that too.

Starting at March 15th, 2018 (03.15.2018) Alcurex exchange ownership transfers to CFinex Ltd.

Your user account will be transfered to the new store at https://cfinex.com where trading continues normally after the transfer.

After the transfer of ownership, the new trading site will list all of the current active markets.
Coins that have no activity or have severe technical problems, will not be included in the transfer and will stay active at the Alcurex.com trading site, where they should be withdrawn before April 15th, 2018.
The list of the coins that will remain on Alcurex.com will be published soon.

Shareholders:
Fee shares and the owner rights & privileges will remain the same at the Cfinex trading site.
The name of the fee shares are changed accordingly to the company name CFINEX.
