We are happy to announce that we will be registering alcurEX company and bank account in Belize. Belize is known for its loose regulations, bank privacy and very low taxes. We will have full legal rights to operating a cryptocurrency exchange and once we have a capital of over $75,000 we will have legal rights to add USD, EUR and other fiat currency markets on alcurEX. Stay tuned for more updates. Updates regarding the first expansion services coming soon.

It would be a good idea to go public with the team behind this. At least to give some idea in who are we investing  Wink DigiByte dev is doing that soon and I think its a great thing for any kind of serious project
Yes, they actually need to do that: as they wrote: "we have decided to establish the company and its bank account in Belize".
Belize is good choice endeed. 0 tax, bitcoin, gambling, trading fiendly country.
This is a big news, I mean we will get legal status shares for this company.

Incomplete list of coins i wish me for our exchange and why:

Benjamins (young SHA-Coin, fair start, no premine, not many exchanges yet, no big exchange, nice and friendly dev)
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-ben-benjamins-sha-256-bounty-available-to-make-ben-merge-mineable-444543

Bitcoin (obvioulsly  Grin)

Continuumcoin (young SHA-Coin, i dont know much about the start, but this coin is "restarting" diff every few days, regardless of the nethash so you can still get in, very fair system, also good for little miners)
https://cryptocointalk.com/topic/3795-continuumcoin-ctm-information/

Darkcoin (anonymous transfers coming, own hashing algo, interesting block reward system)
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/anndash-dash-dashorg-first-self-funding-self-governing-crypto-currency-421615

Huntercoin (first massive multiplayer cryptogame, simply amazing)
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/annhuc-huntercoin-worlds-first-decentralized-gameworld-on-the-blockchain-435170

Lottocoin (great name and design, many services for such a young coin)
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-lottocoin-the-past-present-2014-into-the-future-404913

Microcoin (obvioulsly  Grin)

Mintcoin (very young, fair start, interesting pos concept)
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-mint-mintcoin-pos-5-no-ico-fair-distro-community-maintained-450381

QubitCoin (own algo, unique so far, fair start, no premine)
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/annq2c-qubitcoin-new-secure-hashing-cpugpu-new-update-0841-411065

USDE (great community, steady development, premine could be a problem, but much has been given away)

Ultimately the shareholders can decide if they want a coin added. Also, as a small status update, we have decided to establish the company and its bank account in Belize.

100% premined coins are everything Microcoin is not, which is fair so I wouldn't even add 100% premined coins onto any exchange let alone one that I have ownership in

First of all we will need to make vote what coins we want on our server.

It's merely a generic sheet for bitcoin exchanges. Since some people want to know what our exchange will practically include, you can see it from there. It's there for people who want to know as much as possible.

Thank you for explaination.

2nd gen. crypto would be Alcurex's best option, in my opinion of course  Wink

One question - why is this whole text (http://alcurex.info/software-requirements-specification-srs/) copied from around the web (wikipedia, bitcoin foundation, etc.)? There wasn't a need to write your own or is it because a few people asked for more information before investing in alcurex?

What about PMC? its 100% premined but its unique.
Not that I know much about PMC, but as far as I've seen the dev hasn't been sharing them very generously when compared to the total amount, so he probably is still holding a majority of them. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I will.

From the OP:

Quote
Total coins: 498999.99996251 (all in circulation)
All coins were freely given out upon request with 100% distribution.
Thank you for correcting me. We will look into PMC and consider adding it.

thank you but i feel like you are repeating the same thing all over again. My question is simple.. is there a limit cap to the shares?

are you selling all 1 million shares that are available on the exchange if the demand for it before the exchange opens?

Actually I like they don't claim how worthy exchange will be.
Buyers will do that. As much shares we buy, that much shares will be.

So, I think I'm right if I say: there is limit 1MIL shares you can buy.
But only sold shares will stay and unsolded will deleted end of this month.
No matter how many is sold, it will be 25% of all shares ever.

again. so there is a possibility that the whole 1 million shares can be bought right?
Sure. It is on sale.

So there is a total buy in sale of 1000 BTC for these shares... yeah..

If you want to, but there is no reason to buy 1MIL shares right now, if you can get same ~90-100% with 100,000 shares. (exept if you want to make sure no one else don't get any shares more)
I mean because only sold shares will stay, right now you will get practically same owning part with 100,000 shares than with 1MIL shares (9,000 paid so far)
(With 100K you'll get 90% and with 1MIL you'll get 99,nn%)
