Today I saw my bloombit.net account. This exchange shut down Huh
I have some alt coin there , please members guide me how I get my all alt coin back from this bloombit.net exchange.

Its my loan amount alt coin.
Please guide me where I go and what I do to back my all amount.

I dont know what is wrong with the site, but in coinmarketcap the Asiadigicoin market Statistic is BloomBit ADCN/BTC   $ 3,656 $ 0.270735   54.05 %   Recently

And in he site is for sell 0.00003900 BTC = $ 0,02278 and I create a ADCN wallet and I cant withdraw coins there why?

And the BUY ADCN price is 0.00040000 BTC =  $ 0,2333.
 
Whats wrong with that?

For me that does not function of all, and is running out of patience. Whereas the support tells me that the withdrawal is moving!!!!!!!

What seems to be the problem? After checking the logs, all withdrawals have been processed.

You should give us more information about your problem, what is going on to you and you should show from begining.

UPDATE: Node is now fully synced. We are in a process of seting up a backup node.
And the website is not too support for my android, will you make it more support Android? There are many people use android makes it more support for smartphone if you wanna your services growing up. Thanks

I appreciate the explanation, would have been nice if it was a day sooner.  I gave you exchange a chance because of the reasonable asking price compared to others.   If you can overcome your communication issues in the future, i would probably use your site again.

No need to apologize, I cant agree more. We might have problems with the system itself in the future, but we strive to handle it with highest priority. But the most important is the customer support, as every minute not knowing what is going on, do no good, to us or the client.

deposit doesn't work!

After your post, i have rechecked the system. And i found out, that with some users, LISK deposit address could not be generated. This has now been fixed.
