Is it possible to somehow post an article on a top cryptocurrency site like CoinDesk or Cointelegraph with our concerns that Poloniex might be insolvent? When similar articles appeared about Bitfinex they replied promptly and now their payouts look much faster than before.

That would be a miracle if they resolve it. People have unresolved deposit/withdrawal issues for months. In fact, you cannot do anything with them - they are not regulated. And even if SEC or FBI finally take them, you will lose your money anyway. Welcome to crypto. Undecided

I'm also waiting for a withdrawal for 10 days.

Since then I submitted a ticket for a deposit issue. Depositing and withdrawing coins to and from there looks like a lottery - if you are lucky, it goes through, if not - you are screwed. Do not trade there.

As far as I know, there are people who wait for their STR withdrawals (that are stuck in Processing or Complete: Error state) from July... That's holy crap...

no one knows. mine hasn't been responded for 5 days now and we are talking 5 digit figures and level 2 verification here. i can bet my arm they are not that busy, there's more to this than meets the eye. for now my advice to everyone don't keep your funds in there.. bitwarrior posted his ticket got resolved after 2 months time.

Got the same problem.
NXT Withdraw shows "error" since 26.11. My ticket isn´t answered yet. I guess I will miss NXT Airdrop on 18.12.
BTC withdraw from today was OK. Just 5 minutes. Anyway, since this isn´t cleared, I won´t deposit any more coins on it.

Just get mentally ready to lose all your funds. Poloniex is clearly unsolvent, I'm also annoyed for constant problems of deposit and withdrawal since trollbox closed, but now I'm fed up with their bad faith. I'm definitely considering my coins as stolen (a few hundred dollars).

What is going on with your Boolberry withdrawals? On behalf of the entire community I am asking you to process our holder's withdrawals. Some have withdrawal tickets open for over 7 months and you aren't honoring them or responding to them.

We have a major hardfork coming in Q1 for Boolberry where we will be completely overhauling the cryptonote protocol to position our project as the market leader in this field and the funds you have trapped on your exchange won't permit those to take part in the hardfork. We have had to push back our release to allow these funds to be removed from your exchange.

If you do not honor the withdrawals, holders with funds trapped there will have no other recourse but to pursue legal action against your company. So either release the funds or lawyer up. You won't respond to support tickets but you will have to respond to a court summons. Make a choice.
