Paymium, the mother company of Blockchain.io has filed for SEC Form D which means that whatever tokens they are offering are not deemed as securities.

This is an important step they are taking that they are considering their tokens as utility tokens to differentiate from scam ICOs which are not allowed to offer securities as of yet. A few recognize the importance of compliance.

How's about the unsold tokens? also what's about team rewards, will it be vested?
Unsold token will be burnt.
Vesting period: Team tokens vest over two years with 6 months cliffs and Advisor tokens are vested over 1 year with 3 month cliffs

This project looks promising, and seems exchange coins are the next trend in crypto world. No doubt that this project will be very successful as it was backed by paymium exchange which currently has more than 100k users. Also the idea of fiat gateway payment is quite unique.

Blockchain.io is a great and promising project as it Combines both centralised and decentralised settlements. I'm very much excited about this project. I like the fact that we can buy bitcoin from paymium.com which has never been hacked before and trade it on blockchain.io with little or no fees. Blockchain.io is actually safer and reliable as it provides high security to the users and the options to trade and also users can borrow funds from other platforms. I can say that blockchain.io will become number one cryptocurrency exchange in Europe and in the world by gaining the trust for individual and institutional traders and investors.
