The 3 BTC is the amount required for bittrex.com to set up Faircoin there
Meanwhile i am doing manual exchanges yes, but this is a no related thing with the bounty in Bitcoin and Faircoin
When will the withdrawal start?I will donate some BTC when I get my faircoin back.Today in 10 hours the form will finish. After this i will make a proposal for begin withdrawals, as a plan B, to mintpal V1, if they plan A, is not working yet
