Smiley for sure I say that to my friends Smiley
But I mean that for some people is "dificult" to see an understand this kind of info becouse they dont know how it works, we need a "crypto for dummies" tutorial or something like that XD just to help to understad and "keep calm" more easly.- Faircoop is doing things GREAT more that I see in long time and have my total support!

If I can I want to ask about whats about the new block explorer that is in development? is just for faircoin 2.0 ? what info will contain ? Cheesy thx!

Also is important to remember, that the price for products and services, when fairmarket begins will be related the getfaircoin price,
So if you want to use faircoin for fairmarket this is what matters,

For sure, that we will work to stabilize the price in the faircoin ecosystem before the fairmarket beta,
But this was a comment to make remember how getfaircoin price will preval..

How come you don't have https:// certificate for http://coopshares.net I beleive the Mozzila Foundation have a free certificate scheme.

Also can you pay FairCoin from your wallet into FairSavings directly.  If so what are the benefits to FairCoop in doing so.

I'm using Chrome and this is the warning I get for http://coopshares.net

Quote
You attempted to reach www.coopshares.net, but instead you actually reached a server identifying itself as *.fair-coin.org. This may be caused by a misconfiguration on the server or by something more serious. An attacker on your network could be trying to get you to visit a fake (and potentially harmful) version of www.coopshares.net.
You should not proceed, especially if you have never seen this warning before for this site.

Whatever is wrong with that link needs fixing quickly before more people get that warning. I don't know if it's a certificate problem or due to something else though.

It works for me, and http://Fair-coin.org also  Smiley

I think one problem is the following.

bitbill 1eur=55 fair
getfaircoin 1eur=20 fair

Why the difference so high?

In bitbill you only  can sell faircoin in getfaircoin you only can buy.

More than that getfaircoin already down the price two times this week and we are not going to repeat...
We saw how down the price was followed by dumps in bitttrex, so we are not going to leave this chain continue like this...

i am glad that you saw the consequence of the mistake ,i don`t mean to blame you bc i know you are the guy who always taking care to the community..however ,is it possible to have a fix/solution to reduce the price damage in bittrex?i myself have an idea for getfaircoin but i 'm not sure if i should make a proposal for this may be not a right time...well,if you're interesting ,i'd be very happy to share my point of view.

I hope this situation will recover soon!! the price is so low compared with weeks ago in bittrex when lot of people go in, some people is starting to panic sell and this is not good at all. the problem I see is that coinmarketcap only get the stats from bittrex so people are not watching the real stats of the community day by day. I know this becouse I bougth some bunch of fairs with friends and my friends now want to sell it becouse the dump!! (ok, I am buying these coins.. but I cant do it for long time )  I can understand both scenarios (faircoop and buyers) so maybe is good for a while to get out of coinmarketcap until the coin be more stable in price. lot of people are watching a "wrong" prince and getting frightened with that. I say that becouse more people involved in faircoop dont come from crypto and they cant understand how this works ( empty orders books and price droping by that ) so at the end they get scary and panic sell.

cheers!

It is not possible to just ask a website or exchange to delist us as a coin. Not for informational website`s or exchanges in an open source environment like this

Well, Indalo and for your friends. If the potential value of a coin and the project is behind it, has not changed, this rule apply: You are only go to lost money if you sell lower that you bought.

If we mantain the price in getfaircoin is because we see that is a good balance after the growing of the awareness and atention to the project and before all the projects that are coming. So, we see that which is wrong is the low price in bittrex that comes from extraselling exposition because a bunch of dead wallets, awaked at the sime time, because saw faircoin in the top 20. This is an especial situation, that not can affect the confidence on the faircoop community in the project. So you can say them "keep calm, and save your faircoin"

I think one problem is the following.

bitbill 1eur=55 fair
getfaircoin 1eur=20 fair

Why the difference so high?

Because on BitBill you pay 1% + 0.95€ transaction cost. So 1€ is actually 2€ but for a transaction of lets say 200€ you pay 202.95€

Well try with 1000eur and you get the same rate.

I see litepaid changed his prices because of the big dump today.

Faircoin € 0.01928016 = price atm, yesterday it was Faircoin € 0.033

We can tell getfaircoin buyers to wait to get coins or sell it by using a Loan from some member.

Could you explain further how would work that proposal?

So Suppose I have 300K faircoin. Another member has 200K faircoin. We commit that we will sell at current getfaircoin price decided by coop. so we have 500K committed and instead of buying from bitterex and raising the price so much you can ask one of the members to sell his faircoin. The member gets the benifit of selling large quantity without creating a downward spiral on Bitterex. Just a suggestion Just like creating a reserve for getfaircoin when needed

Ok, I see. is similar idea, that comes with the liquidity fund related Coopshares.net
Where there are money (both in euros and faircoin) available on the market for big buys and sells.

Both can be done together, So when people with big stake wants to sell, can share this information with getfaircoin (related price or time you wants to sell), that lets also ways to go in with big ammounts, without disturbing the market price so much.

getfaircoin already buys all the coins spent On Bitbill.eu so we dont have to sell them at bittrex. Smiley

This works much nicer then selling on bittrex!

that is great.
I think its the future of the coin (and any coin) when its not solely traded on exchange sites but has a real market for it.
However that exchange site is an ,and the only, indicator of value determined by the people who own or want to own the coin.
Otherwise how is the value determined?

Thats Great. But I guess that was not enough when price rose dramatically. Also in asking members there is no harm Unless there is a need to raise price on bitterex.

I think the drop may come from coinomat's crypto index. Faircoin is not list anymore in the index. That would explain the dump tho.

The drop is coming mainly from short term traders, seeing that there was no profit to be made in a short term they moved on to another coin.

I have been following Vert coin since the start, a few weeks ago it was on 100k market cap, just now is up on 6million market cap.

Is a coin good for nothing, but due to the massive and slow pump then people are dumping fairs to try and make a profit on that for example.

This is good news for us, the ones that believe in Faircoin on a long term.

Yes, sure that is better for long term.  only imagine if we prefer to makee all this buys right now at 10.000/15000 or 35000/40000, sure that is cheaper, get that sells lower   Wink
