I need help.
I deleted the old wallet because it had some problems with syncing (saved wallet.dat of course). But my coins were split into 9k balance and 9k stake because of the minting to that time which I deleted my old wallet.
And now after syncing the new wallet there are only 9k balance and 0 stake/0 unconfirmed.
Are the remaining coins from stake lost now? I hope not
But all 18k in the transactions are shown as received
Are there any solutions how I get the lost coins back?

nobody can help?
they should come back after 50 confirmation if they are really minting.. If you waited enough then hit repairwallet in console and see if that helps

Wallet only shows 11559 coins.
Will the salvagewallet command fix this issue? Installed wallet on another computer and got it synced. But it still says i have less coins than blockchain...?

True, and a swing within an hour means nothing. We'll have to see in a month or so if it was a good call or not.
The amount of time he decides to hold the coin is his personal decision. If he makes profit or not is what determines the call being good or not..

OK can somebody give me some kind of breakdown of what happened. I was away for a little over a week on vacation. I sent 11,000 Faircoin over to NXT-E and now its poof gone. I write them a support ticket and they tell me the coin was "rolled back" by the dev team.
Where are my coins.

Sorry to say this, but I don't think you will be getting your coins back, there was a fork on this coin due to an attack, in which some one managed to reproduce 50,000,000 coins and dumped a load on NXt-e and poloniex, they then sold for bitcoin, (it was due to a really low network hash rate, they managed a 51% attack), Nxt-e didn't want to roll back the block chain, they accused the dev of doing it on purpose, muppets.
Network hash isn't a prob now as POS has kicked in.

Just pumped the price to 1,300 satoshi then watched it drop back to ~900. Doesn't matter to me. When I sell them at 13,000 satoshi, I'll still seem like I know what the hell I'm doing
Dont waste your timing pumping up, its better to set up new grounds by setting buy walls.
While buy walls are there members feel more secure setting higher buy walls and this can keep on and on.
While we secure some new ground to the coin it would be great if we could all help to build some services around it.
We have a big community and a very active admin lets not make this coin all about the price only.
Wasn't necessarily trying to pump, just wanted to get as many as I could before it really takes off. I could have been more patient and picked up a couple of hundred more, but that's not my style. All in baby!
