i dont get all the tears..
- in distribution phase the dev had troubles but managed to solve them and distributed all coins
- there was a fork, the dev handeled it and its solved now
people were selling/buying like crazy during the fork, which isn't very smart...

Now it's not the problem that if NXT-E will roll back the cashed out BTC or not.
The fact is that the owner ant its stakeholders of NXT-E think that the fake coins are produced by the dev.
They don't have any mistake. It's all the dev's fault.
If the dev won't "combine" the fork chain, they won't sync the wallet.
That means we, who deposit the REAL FAC before yesterday, won't get our coins back.
They not only won't be repossible for the BTC lost, but also want to eat our REAL FAC.

If so, I will give NXT-E account a red flag for scamming my coins.

GOOD LUCK guys
They have strange logic.
1. They hold the point that the dev directed the opera. The dev "produced" 15M fake FAC and sold on NXT-E.
2. They won't sync their wallet, even the REAL coins are still in their wallet.
3. They want to use the coins deposited before yesterday (real coins) to fill the loss. So basically, they won't suffer the loss. The users do even the users didn't trade yesterday.
