I write a little ugly (free as a beer) site, where anyone can post their BTC/LTC/... address.
If you want to make a deal with other user, someone (the buyer or a seller) creates a new offer, and that user sends PM about the url of the offer. Now here is the example:
1a) the seller creates a new offer, input his BTC/LTC address
2a) then the buyer sends bitcoins/litecoins to the seller's address, updates the site with a transaction id
3a) the seller sends faircoins to the buyer
4a) the site verifies that the seller sent the faircoins

1b) the buyer creates a new offer, input his FAC address
2b) then the seller sends faircoins to the buyer's address, the site verifies that the seller sent the faircoins
3a) the buyer sends bitcoins/litecoins to the seller's address, updates the site with the transaction id
4a) the site verifies that the bitcoins/litecoins were sent

It's not an exchange site, but something similar to the google spreadsheet. There will be no hot/cold wallets.

In its beginning, what transformed BTC from an unknown imaginary currency to something people talked about was its use in illicit drug trade (the silk road) and its use on child pornography sites.

Another idea - why don't we create a real company/corp backed by this coin. Any company (coffeshop, brick & mortar, e-commerce, service company)
1. Investment Stage - Everyone chips-in using fair-coin. This will run for a few days after distribution. Investment is virtually free since fair-coin is given free.
2. Election of Board- Once investment stage is complete, board will be elected based on the investors. Total investments will be allotted (e.g. 50% will be held for liquidity, etc.). Business type and other things like SEC registration (US/HK/SG etc.) shall be agreed upon on this stage.
3. Fair-coin hits the exchanges.
4. Corp created will liquidate part of the investment via the exchanges to boot-up the business (registration, hiring, etc.). (e.g. Company will liquidate 2% of investment for operational requirements and salaries)
5. Corp grow the business and will schedule liquidation of coins, buy-backs, and dividends to investors. Now this is the altcoin I would want to invest in, not just pure speculation and something backed by a real asset.

If we create something like this, we prevent dumping of coins once the coin hit the exchanges since majority of the coin will be held by the corp. I'd like to initiate this kind of model on top of this coin but I am too lazy and I don't have trust rating yet.
