Thats a good idea,but conducting an ico will open us up to class action suits that could ruin the startup. Its best we take things slowly, and watch investors come flooding in as our products hit the market. I never said that 0.01 was an investment,rather its a contribution to gather tx fee for the airdrop distribution.

our project is based on an erc20 token and this will open us to lawsuits, which is very bad for any startup.

*0.01ether for airdrop,you must be kidding right?
The 0.01 ether contribution for tx fee is not compulsory and never was, but since we never had a presale to raise funds we had to come up with a means to raise funds to distribute the token. Any balance after distribution will be added to the listing account.

*Listing 9%, Whats that for?
Any project without funding is dead on arrival, but we still believe we can start gradually and watch investors pour in with time.
