i let it run for a day with 2 280x's at about 225mhs total and i ended up at 250 coins if that tells you anything.

I think it's partly because of the lazy dev. He released the coin without a pool, block explorer, proper website, or anything much really.
Try google: http://cryptomining-blog.com/1645-fuguecoin-fc-fugue256-based-cryptocoin/...and it's done! Check the README.txt file for a dwarfpool example.

Do you pay out for orphans?It means true round based PPS - shares calculated from one found block to next found block. Orphaned in this case seems just as "not found".
