Dogecoin is not a complete clone of Litecoin, it got different parameters and also other code.

"1% premine" This is a crazy premine, 0,2% is max, I know how much 1% is, you don't need 1%

Do this for your windows wallet, works fine (I created a new file in notepad, added the text and saved to flappy directory in roaming then renamed file to flappycoin.conf

that should get it syncing if you restart Wink

make sure "Close & Open" the wallet after used...
also check NAME of file .conf not .conf.txt....

Also who needs flappy i have for sale at 5 satoshi total 3 M.
