How long after the launch there will be exchange? Any thoughts?
will be soon , but we promise the members that we will not dump premine in exchanges in the short term (a few weeks), and we will mainly use the premine for bounty, exchange, giveaway, etc

The block reward will be the Number of Last Best block found , for example if the latest block number is 500 , the block reward for the next block is 500 FLEX.This reward structure is only for POW .
We can check the sum of POW- Coins mined till now by n(n+1)/2 where "n" is the block number, we also have a statistics page in our wallet to check the coins for each block
