The current upcoming solution to avoid 51% attack from happening again is to fork feathercoin. Could someone explain how this will affect both projects? Will FTC be forked to create a new FLO blockchain with a merged flo/feathercoin code base?

I am currently using SMOS to mine with my 6x1070 rig. Is it possible to mine FLO with a gpu rig using one of the mining applications in smos? Thanks for any help!

This pool is no longer in operation, should probably take care in determining which pool to mine for.

The website for this pool is down, your 52 FLO that are valued at $1.50 you should consider it a loss and move on.

There are more than 15 pools mining FLO. There are no FLO developers involved in the operation of any of those pools. Assistance from any developer who contributes to FLO is not likely to help recoup your coins. Your best bet is to contact the pool operators directly and explore the issue with them. If you need technical assistance understanding a pool issue you can always reach out to some of the community members on Telegram and Discord. There is a #mining channel on Discord and the Telegram is very active as well.

Pull requests are requests to add code to the project. Submitting code to the FLO repo or donating FLO to developers is the only way to speed up the solution to the current problem. If you can't or won't contribute in either of those ways then please make a constructive suggestion.

Right now, we've released the first of many updates that will fix the issue for exchanges experiencing double spend attacks. We expect pools and exchanges to re-open FLO operations again soon.

You Rocket Scientists out there need to " get " that these Github pages are Cryptic as hell, and normal " Savants " have a hard time Overstanding them on the best of days.
I have no idea what a " Pull " request is or how to use it.
I'd like the Pool that owes me Florincoin to pay up.
I have screen shots of the exact web interface on the coins owed.
The Pool appears to be nonexistent any more.

http://multi.asicpool.org/ appears to have fallen off he edge of the planet, and came off like a scam as they resused to answer inquiries on discord about Tech Difficulties with their pool. If they re-appear, DO NOT MINE on that pool is advised. They owe me about 52 FLO which I wonder if I'll ever see. Whatever is going wrong with FLO is highly annoying and for starters has been going on TOO LONG.
No one will have faith in a coin with this kind of longstanding problem going unresolved for WEEKS on end.
Best plan, SELL off and run from FLO!
