Try removing after your password and add this: --lookup-gap 2 --thread-concurrency 8192 -g 2 -I 13 --auto-fan --gpu-fan 30-75 --temp-cutoff 90 --temp-overheat 85 --temp-target 75 --gpu-memclock 1500 --gpu-engine 0-1050 --gpu-powertune -20 --no-submit-stale

Thats what I use on my 280x Asus Matrix and I get about 750-780 khs

--thread-concurrency 8193 --gpu-engine 1033 --gpu-memclock 1500 -I 13 -g 2 is my setting

With most coins this indeed does happen. There are however some coins which will survive this and even get stronger out of it.

Add the extra nodes from the first post and then make sure the filename is frycoin.conf, if its still and issue rename the file to Frycoin.conf, place it in your %appdata% directory under frycoin folder.
