There was no premine, that is not the way the Good Gabe would want it, we launched it to the world and started mining ourselves at the same time. Initial diff was set low though and as I look now a lot of people have started mining.

A pool is definitely in order. I'll try and get one going asap.

not tryin to knock you bro.. but that's kinda shady given extremely low launch diff and extremely low latency for you.. dev's mining their own coins@lowdiff=orphanz for everybody else in my experience.
