copy wallet dump need to exe folder.

I can not contact coinsmarket, email does not work

Yes..it's the basic step.
As I wrote, the wallet address was imported, the blockchain is updated, but the balance is zero

1.1.1.4 could not be on the right chain, on this most likely you were on the forket chain and your balance is on this zero
