Smells like FUD to me. What privacy concerns? The app require your phone number to register the wallet to your phone for security. The app is perfectly legal, there is no personal information shared either about your wallet or your messaging. Everything you are saying is wrong.

All major messaging app require phone number and 2 billion users use them, how else are you gonna reach your contacts? You might aswell not buy a smarthphone at all lol.
make sure that you deleted all you photos in your smartphone for the GetGems dev's team would be get the heart attact if they found that you are so big different with the photo you're showing here
