It's cheaper at the exchange..  Roll Eyes

Not if you were to pump it with about 11 btc.

Indeed if you want to buy 11 btc worth of gemz now at the exchange you would get a higher price, so 0.00011 is reasonable

ehmm.. 100k for 9.4btc

That was a good deal after all wasn't it.

Looks like somebody knows the iOS version is near.
We'll can break 20k in few days

That's exactly what I thought when I saw 10btc jump into buying in an instant almost definetly from one person. I'm not that fussed on price but I'm glad we are getting healthy vol.

Hey all, I have a few questions, hope someone can clarify (or point me to answers):

  • I'm a bit confused about app's Wallet. There are both GEMZ and BTC, so I thought I'd have 2 addresses (one for each currency), but there's just one. As I've already deposited some GEMZ there, I suppose it's a GEMZ address. But if so, how does sending BTC work? If I want to send e.g. 0,1 BTC, does it send that amount in GEMZ accordingly?
  • I've tried sending a few GEMZ to a friend, but got error about insuffisient funds, that I need at least 0.0005 BTC for each transaction. However I've bought considerably more than that (in GEMZ, that is). Where's the problem?

GEMZ and BTC adresses are the same, if you send gemz you receive gemz, you send bitcoin you receive bitcoin. For now the fee to send GEMZ/BTC which is on chain is 0.0005 BTC per transaction. Soon GEMZ will be settled offline through the GetGems internal hosted wallet. This is a hybrid semi centralized database system meant for smaller balances and to allow for speed, security and zero transaction fees.

Nice to hear that. Thanks for clarification, appreciated!

sold all my gemz, i think it will drop soon

Lol

Nobody will sell with the loss below ICO prices (which was around 8 Ksat)

I hope we won't talk here about the price.

Based on BTC price at first stage of ICO we have a LOT of room to fall from current price.

This is the most ignorant statement from a trading perspective i have ever seen in my life. Same goes for Apple stocks, Tesla, Google, Bitcoin and tons of others, oh wait... innovation is happening.

NXT has got a LOT of room to fall to its initial price, BTC has a LOT of room to fall to its initial price, Ripple has a LOT of room to fall to its initial price. Plus what are you talking about? In BTC price the price has been pretty steady. What you mean is the price in fiat means that the actual price of GEMS has taken a dive ie a Bargain, and your logic is that it should therefore drop further? Can you give me one reason any stakeholder would now sell at a loss when nothing negative has happened with the project so far? It just got cheaper to buy in fiat, thats all.
