What sort of certification you require ?
You are correct - we are a new exchange, however we are here to stay and to lead, we are a registered company in Israel, Coin Systems LTD.
We will gladly provide any additional information to this community.

With the presale ending in just under 4 hours, we are happy to announce that you already can trade GEMZ on ALTS.Trade

I'm sorry but unless you have some certification I would recommend no one touches this exchange. I saw Qora get wacked from an early site that popped up and ran off with peoples coins. This exchange is about two weeks old. No way....

Any ideas on when the iOS version will be coming out?  I love the app and think it has bog potential, but don't think its ready for mass invites if iOS people can't use it.

I'm in total agreement. It's a shame one or the other had to be left out. It definitely put the damper on my enthusiasm. I question how long it is taking Telegram to update on their end. Somebody needs to light a fire or grease some palms with that extra 400 k and get it done.

Opinions on profitability? Should I buy an extra 300? Expected price @ exchange when listed?

Hello!

I have the following problem, here is what I did:

1) installed the Android App from the Play-Store
2) Got it installed, and went through the first steps until it showed the passphrase (12 words I guess)
3) at this point my phone restarted and I could not finish registration process and didn't have the time to copy the passphrase (probably not related to the GemsApp)

Now I have the problem, that I didn't got through all of the "registration" process.
When I open GetGems, it shows the username I did chose, but if I go to the GetGemsWallet, it shows me no coins (not 0, but no number at all, and after around 2 seconds it says "The specified user was not found".

I am not sure what I am "allowed" to do, so that the systems do not identify my as cheating the system if I try to logout and then see what I can do from there?

What is safe to do?
- Log out (and register as a new user... does this option even exist?) ?
- uninstall and reinstall the app
- any other way?

I have the same problem just reinstall the app maybe if you don't have the seed of your first username it will be lost and have to pick up new one i don´t really know because in my case i do have the seed.

I try to send BTC from android app but can't find a way please somebody can help?  Huh Huh

send it to another address you mean? You could use the counterpartywallet with your 12 word password to send them out.

No i mean send directly from messenger to other contact, i already deposit some BTC in my app wallet but i can't send them without using the long public key or counterwallet as far as i know it would be easy just to type the recipient's name and fill the amount in the text box isn´t that way?  Huh Huh

lol its much easier than that, for example if you want to send him 0.1 btc, you type: 0.1 btc or 0.1 bitcoin then you see a miniature bitcoin logo appearing on the right side and just press it and confirm with your pin umber. You can leave the spaces between the digits and btc too if you want. Thats it, no need for addresses or recipients name. See this demonstration, its with gemz but its the same steps with bitcoin http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JyejnXCAusw&t=1m20s

maybe multibit doesnt recognize it as bitcoin address ,because the address starts with a 3 and not with 1 as usual

Yes, that's the problem. When I bought my haunch of GEMZ, I had to jitney the Bitcoin to a Blockchain.info wallet.

So here's what you do:

1. Sign up for a new Blockchain.info wallet: https://blockchain.info/wallet
2. Send your BTC from your Multibit wallet to your new Blockchain wallet.
3. Buy the GEMZ with the BTC now in your Blockchain wallet.

Easy! Grin

thanks , i ll try it

Few more questions:
- Are you guys thinking about the possibility of sending Bitcoin to addresses outside the Gems application? Imagine I am in a shop and I want to pay something with Bitcoin, I would like to use my Gems wallet. Currently this is not possible, only if the shop in casu would have a gems account which is in your list. In that case it would be useful to integrate for example a QR scanner, like some Bitcoin mobile wallets have, so you can scan the code and immediately do the transfer.

This is the most important I think.
I like the other suggestions.

Useful feature and should be considered.
