If I got coins in the previous round am I eligible for more in the current round ?
Priority will be given to new users, then if not all the spots will be taken we will distribute the rest of the BLOCK 3 coins even to who has already taken GRF from BLOCK 2.

What about the newbie shill accounts opened on the same days/next days with no activity for almost 1 whole year ? there is like 7 of them made on October 08, 2014 & October 09, 2014 in the round 3 thread.
Would seem unfair if they all got 60k each.....
They won't receive any coins.
If a user was inactive for too long or has been created after the giveaway creation they are not eligible.
Put some activity requirement on twitter like minimum followers must be 100 like this because many people creating fake accounts to abuse this giveaway. another thing keep remain this giveaway for Jr. members so that is nice way to keep this giveaway healthy.
