With NOMP type pools that is the way it is on all of them. We have used their NOMP pool and can vouch that it does work and you do get your coins. Keep in mind that from the time you mine your coins, it takes 120 confirmations before it gets to your wallet - that could take 5-6 hours at best.

Yes, we do - there are 4-5 at any given time on Cryptopoolmining.com - not sure about the others. I deleted two of the pools that appeared to be dead links now. With the hash rate lower, this is a great opportunity to collect a lot of coins too.
