I agree, and I think market does at well. Nice to see price raising nicely without bumps.

There's time for everyone who wants to invest something in it. Usually volume doesn't lie in terms of market interest imho. Happy I started buying at around 800 at start, was way underpriced and still it is IMHO.

Imho better Nvidia"s card hashrate is right way to age "after ASIC coming"

It could be a new impuls for mining at GPU card

We're not going to forfeit the nVidia advantage this time (happened with HeavyCoin, won't happen again).
for me heavycoin is big ipo-premine-"cpu-only" scam, and compare with this coin i think is mistake))

The key feature of Groestlcoin is its good performance on a wide range of platforms and reduced ASIC advantages the algo contains. This  is in part dure to the Grøstl algo's resistance to parallelization.

*cough*  Groestl is a direct AES derivative, using the same S-box but a somewhat bigger state matrix. Perfectly suited for doing an FPGA or ASIC implementation.

Note: We're currently achieving 7.8 MHash/s with an nVidia 750Ti card and 11 MHash/s with a 780Ti.

Be afraid.  nVidia is going to take the cake. Also: stock up on 750 Ti's

Impressive.
AMD is beaten until next optimization ... but not by far :
my R9 290  : 9mh/s (gpu@1100, can oc more)
my R9 290X : 9.9 mh/s (gpu@1100)

Where 750Ti have 7.8 MHash/s ? 2 days ago had half of this results

Not released yet. And we cannot release this open source, so expect a bit of extra time for us to split cpuminer stratum code and mining modules into separate executables in a GPL-compatible way.

Why are you so keen on getting advantage on nvidia cards? Surely that can't be good for distribution as most miners don't have nvidia cards?
IMHO everyone should be able to use the same guns.

Believe GRS uses Groestl-512 not Groestl-256
if exist grs-256 porting to asic why not grs-512?))

Should be possible (not an expert here) but I doubt the numbers you posted above would be valid.

What the difference between this coin and Myriad?

myriad does groestl-512 followed by sha-256 I believe.

groestlcoin does two chained rounds of groestl-512.

Slow growth is healthier, i am afraid overheating.
It's in the hands of day traders now, not much we can do about that.
