I use alexa.com and scamadviser.com to analyze sites.
I can contribute to bter.com and maybe coin38.com. I am not sure about pay for forums but I will promote them.

It appears they are classed as dodgy on scamadvisor. However, I'm not sure how well that scans websites in foreign languages. It shows its results of the scan as being because the websites are relatively new, and are operating from a high risk country.
Anyway, I too have emailed BTER, but haven't received a response.
