Any recommendations? Also, any word from Yobit yet? It seems awfully convenient that every time there is an issue with any coin on Yobit's wallet maintenance if that coin is on also on another site I have noticed many times the price is 3x or 4x as much as Yobit. From an outsider perspective they can seriously manipulate prices at their discretion. I am eager for better exchanges.

That's the whole point - you do not go into details, do not understand why the coin was created, do not see progress, but immediately ready to leave a comment that it's not worth paying attention to! it's at least stupid - if the coin was not worth the attention, then even you would not leave your comment!
