Actually Guerilla can be spelt with either one "r" or two. Both are acceptable. http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/guerilla

We wanted a fair launch and we didn't give one. The code is all stable and our seed nodes working but clearly our timekeeping is not. At 2100UTC we will relaunch so everyone gets a fair go. Please ensure you delete everything from your guerillacoin data folder aside from your conf else it will not sync correctly.

Refuses to sync.

Have a look at your firewall settings, if you look in your debug log you probably have a bunch of "connection timeout bla bla 188.x.x.x"
Qt says I have 18 active connections, I mouse over the spinning wheel beside that and it says downloading 0 of 2768 blocks.
Are there some nodes I can add or something? I have had 3-5 wallets load fine on my computer so unless this one is special I cannot see it being a port issue.

Now we have only mined 1/4 of the PoW blocks
