1. Best, most secure way is in a wallet to which you hold the private keys. This ensures if Bittrex doesn't happen to facilitate the snapshot that your coins won't accidentally not be a part of the snapshot.
2. Slack is the best place likely. However, I am sure that the date and instructions will be made plenty clear here as well.
3. 1000 HLM will be required for a masternode.

How is redemption becomes an ICO ? There is no pricing involved . SPR is already exist and tradable . It is a market-driven asset. What an ICO mean is a certain asset is being offered at an initial price that is dictated by a developer or backer. There is an 'I' that stands for initial. And helium to my mind is mineable thru X11 algorithm and it is not being offered.

I never said Helium redemption is an ICO.
I certainly don't think it is.But maybe China
will consider it one...idk,I can't speak for

Yes, you are... You still have time to buy SPR and wait for the snapshot. It will be announced when and how the snapshot will be done, so just buy some SPR and wait for the announcement. (useful if you sign up for the slack channel)

They did an announcement but it just confirmed September launch and that negotiations are still ongoing with a major exchange for the airdrop. That's the way business goes, you're often times waiting on a partner or client to confirm. I'm in the same situation!

We don't know yet.. We are still waiting for any kind of announcement in this issue, whether Bittrex is participating or not and when the snapshot will finally happen. If Bittrex participate, then it will be as simple as it was with Bitcoin Cash, but we don't know yet.

i been waiting for helium bounty to be updated. There was no updated at all look like helium pay just ignore our voice on bounty recently. We demand for updated and keep it live. Im hope your bounty manager aware of this or it will come with negative comment in the end about this.

Slack link is in the OP. Team has done a good job thus far to post critical updates in this thread too at the same time as they are made in slack but if you want to make sure I'd suggest you join. If you can't be arsed to sit on slack 24/7 you'll find a mailing list in there to make sure you don't miss anything.
