I just installed a wallet in my old pc and its syncing perfectly, are you sure you guys made the conf. file correctly?

Hey Markov and Shapov,

There is an issue with the wallet being not in sync, but it still works at least for me it does (it does download at least 90%+ of the blockchain).

Do you two have any coins in your wallets? If you do have you opened the wallet and let it sit for more than 24 hours?
Does the blockchain download until a certain point? Also we have uploaded the another wallet after the fork so it might not be the new one you two have.

My wallet receives stake and is also able to send even while it says 'not synced'. I have spoken to various people about this, and others have said that they have experienced this with other blockchains.

Let's work this out once and for all

I already did that from the beginning, 2 months ago, so that's not the issue or lack of. I've been using wallets for more than a year so I'm a bit lost now.

Try these steps:

If the wallet does not sync; download the blockchain and peers.dat here & replace them in your roaming/incogcoin folder

How to configure Windows Wallet:

Download the wallet using the link above. Extract it to a folder then open it. It will error out that is normal. Next, go to the start menu and type %appdata%, a folder will show up that's called Roaming, double-click that folder. Once inside go to the IncogCoin folder and make a file called IncogCoin.conf (it has to be capitalized EXACTLY that way it is and has to end in .conf it CANNOT BE A TEXT FILE it HAS to be a .conf file)

Inside the IncogCoin.conf file put the following:

Save it and reopen your wallet again. Your wallet should now sync and work perfectly.
We are also looking for more nodes.

For security's sake, please ensure you set rpcallowip=localhost or rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
Also, make sure to set a unique rpcuser and rpcpassword if you intend to use the RPC function at all.
