I would personnaly make it a slighty faster coin by reducing block reward by 2 and lowering block time by 2. And make it POS 1-6%. But that's just me Scrypt-N is already a good step.

Yes, very big climb.
See if current price holds, that 800 buy wall will need more support, but to think block reward of 100 is almost half way, then 50 reward so either price go up lot or it will kill mining.
iCoin need to make it progress very soon.
The good news is that in about 4 month most exchanges will have USD pairing so no need for bitcoin anymore and if iCoin go to 50 cent one day this is a great buy time.
Look at SMC and CON they had double volume on coinmarket.io now they are dead on poloniex and price was over 5000 and now much lower then iCoin.
1.2 btc at 800 is 3 days of mining that is how terrible current value of iCoin is but people still dumping at 800 , maybe they think they will get icoin at lower price.
