This is an interesting questions, I believe that company cares about the atmosphere itself! Have you read their White paper? Because you will have a look at some main points and how they deal with Alendoo caring about that

There's a Loan calculator on the homepage as well https://alendoo.io/loan-info and in your account. The rule is simple, lower LTV lowers yearly interests.
Loan once taken, it has fixed interests.
