Avaí Futebol Clube, or as we prefer to be called, Leão da Ilha (Lion of the Island), is a professional association football club based in Florianópolis in Santa Catarina, Brazil, established in 1923. We play our Campeonato Brasileiro Série B and Campeonato Catarinense home games proudly wearing the blue and white at the Estádio da Ressacada. Avaí FC won the most Santa Catarina State Championship titles 16 times, which makes us the all-time record state champions. But our goals are higher - an upgrade to the 2009 season: playing in Copa Libertadores!

I don't know if my analysis is correct or not but based on my observation one of main reason for many projects to not reaching at their minimum threshold even is the requirement of KYC. I don't say it shouldn't be implemented but there should be some limit starting from what kyc requirement must be obligatory. Small investors have hard earned money and they should be exempted from this condition. This is one side of the picture I don't know how much applicable or acceptable is this. I have talked with few people and lot of small investors generally speaking are nit willing to do kyc because of many reasons.

It is very slow start with current collected funds of $2177 so far. There is still time and to be honest this target of $22 million is not that much to say don't what. I was expecting to see already soft cap to be achieved before visiting initial coin offering page but lot of time to go. This is best investment opportunity will join later if my pocket allowed me.

Not burn spf tokens they are valuable, but on second tought if there are some spf tokens to be burnt the value will increase of the tokens. Glad to see what happens next.

If the crowdsale does not reach the $8 million threshold, fiunds will behanded back to buyers at the end of the process. If the sale achieves more than £8 million but is short of the $20 million target, unsold tokens will be ‘burned’, meaning that they will not be available to the club or come back on sale. Only tokens actually bought by investors will be available after the end of the ICO, with about 7% available to the club for promotions and bonuses.
“Money raised from the crowdsale will go straight into club infrastructure which will stay with the club forever,” said Filej.
