Our factory has been producing and bottling water since 2015. Since 2011 we have been conducting laboratory tests of Baikal water.
in 2014, 2015 and 2017 received documents on the high quality of our drinking water.

There's no official mention of it on the website, twitter, telegram, medium or here.
If it is yours I'd suggest connecting it to an official source, otherwise it just comes across as another scamdrop for donations.
I'm passing on it for now for this reason... even though without a fake twitter account prompting the airdrop form I'm inclined to believe it's genuine.
