Since they require a ton of documents from the ICOs, it's a hell of a filter to get rid of all the scams! And the remaining projects will be strictly monitored and almos "forced" to become succesful 
Basically the documents are only meant to prove that the company is legally viable and existing. The true 'power' in our arsenal is in the project management that as you just mentioned 'forces' the companies to become successful.

I recommend you to collect all the company documents (Those can be asked from the company's tax advisor) and take a selfie with your ID.
Meanwhile please provide the project's whitepaper, a business plan with a budget plan included.
Basically these documents should be already existing if you're planning to start an ICO.

Hi! I really like the aim of this project: it's time to get out the "anarchy" and start to put some rules to the ICO's ecosystem.
Anyway, I was wondering if the documents that you require to the business owners are enough to push out the scammers (they still can steal identities and/or produce fake documents) or they may be just an obstacle for the legal businesses, that, in this case, have to produce a lot of papers?

Hello there,
Of course it's not enough to have only the docs. The company docs and the due diligence documents are only to meant to prove that legally the company is valid and existing. It won't prevent the scam activities, but our other methods will like the project management and its components.
