What's your solution to ensure the funds return to the investors? Say, if a team completes a few stages from the roadmap, but then stops the development and a product is never released. So the team still received some funds, but the investors didn't get the result.

Actually, it's a trully win-win situation. A project will pay a small fee and get a serious help to portion the budget and make sure they are on schedule.

The companies will pay 2% success fee from the successful token sale and the investors 1% from each investment. By owning our token XBZ will reduce the investors' transaction fees to 0.5%.
