How do you plan to struggle against competition from Upwork and other major competitors of this market? Do you have any unique features?
what makes us more affordable for investors and users is there are no competitors that use blockchain technology with a combination of reward system.
Upwork.com and Peopleperhour.com charge $2.00 -$3.00 for a bid after an initial 60 bids. So freelancers have no incentive to work for the same employer for repeat work which, in turn, reduces the engagement ratio for freelancers.
Boon Coin’s purposeful realignment of economic incentives has the potential to produce fairer and more inclusive results for everyone involved than the fiat freelancer platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, 99Designs, etc.

Boon Dollars allows to easily convert them at market price into dollars immediately , but that does not mean it will be a reliable dollar replacement.
When the cryptocurrency is converted in Boon Dollars, which is pegged to USD. When the vendor completes the job, Boon Dollars will be converted into either USD or any cryptocurrency the vendor choose from.
