Also it is a decentralized and distributed digital ledger that is used to record transactions across many computers so that the record cannot be altered retroactively without the alteration of all subsequent blocks and the collusion of the network

Support wrote me that CoinLancer does not intend to destroy unsold tokens !! They are going to block unsold tokens for 12 months. And then they will sell them on the stock market in millions. It is unfair to investors !!! Every honest company destroys unsold coins and tokens after ICO is over !!!
