There are already such kind of project here in the forum which were blocklancer and there's also bitjob (STU), if there will be another team that will create a project with same concept like this one, then ICOs really need to be regulated. China is right.
many ICO's project have same concept, so, if ICO's project being regulated is good but there will be bad too,,
the good news is investors funds will be safe because of that,,
but the bad news is there will be no decentralization because government will have an acces on it
