We logically and interfacing do not overlap with customs and taxes, moreover we even don't have technical interaction. If party need to get through customs - he needs to duplicate documents in paper form and then attach them to smart contract.

The dispute resolution could proceed without personal information because this process will take place between two parties, money is on the contract, two wallets launched a deal, there will be no problems. Sides of deals could provide general information (e-mail, skype account, etc.) where they will keep in touch.

No, the price will not change, it is fixed. 1% fee is applied for payments in all other cryptocurrencies, apart from CDL tokens!

Tokens not redeemed during the ICO will not be issued, i.e. Only the redeemed tokens will be in circulation. After the ICO there will be no release/minting of new tokens.

3. You can convert your CDL tokens into ERC-20 tokens from our commission pool with 33,33% discount (for example, if the exchange rate of CDL-BAT is 1:10, you can exchange your 1 CDL for 15 BAT)
4. When Confideal ecosystem and API are integrated and massively adopted, the demand for CDL will grow, given the limited supply, thus increasing the CDL price.

Three weeks to go more and crowdfunding is live. I think team has done good work behind the scene that's why they are very confident and set only 3 weeks period for selling tokens to open investors. Well project brought very positive results in preico and that explains many things by itself.
