Thanks for the heads up Aki. You think this could have been people hacking into the crypterium system and setting up an email from there? Because the address is crypterium’s. Yes it did happen with me and PayPal but usually it was a fake PayPal email. I’ll wait for crypterium to shed some light about that. It would somewhat make me feel better if they did hack into the crypterium system temporarily. Otherwise I’d be more paranoid.
Crypterium has not been hacked.
Make sure if that it is not your another wallet address or your exchange address. If you can not recognise it in any way, it seems that someone else have got access to your account. It can not be any system fault, we tested everything properly, all tokenholders received their tokens already.
It can be caused because of malware.
Malware is defined by its malicious intent, acting against the requirements of the computer user — and so does not include software that causes unintentional harm due to some deficiency. Malware is sometimes used broadly against government or corporate websites to gather guarded information, or to disrupt their operation in general. However, malware can be used against individuals to gain information such as personal identification numbers or details, bank or credit card numbers, and passwords.
Also you could be phished. Phishing is the attempt to obtain sensitive information such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details (and money), often for malicious reasons, by disguising as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication
In that case it is better to change your passwords and scan your devices with anti-malware software.
2fa authenticator is also very good way to protect your accounts from being hacked.
If your tokens were moved from user's address after the withdrawal, it could be done only accessing ETH private key. We don't have access to it. Remember to hold your private keys in secure way in the future, never keep it on device connected to internet.
There is no way to revert your transaction since it has been already done. Apologies for not being able to assist, according to terms of token sale:
"Failure to provide a correct address of the External Wallet will result in the loss of purchased CRPT Tokens, which shall be the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. Failure to provide the External Wallet or to complete its set up, will delay the withdrawal of the purchased CRPT Tokens, which shall be a sole responsibility of Purchaser. Purchaser shall be responsible for implementing reasonable measures for securing the External Wallet, vault or other storage mechanism Purchaser decides to use to receive and hold Tokens outside of the Account, including any requisite private key(s) or other credentials necessary to access such storage mechanism(s)."
